Passengers are not automatically enrolled in the High Flyer Rewards program. To enroll in the program you must complete the application form online. Been flying with us? Don’t worry – we’ll take a look back at the last three months and credit you for any flights you’ve already taken.

Yes. Members can choose to set up an individual plan, family plan, or corporate plan. The primary High Flyer Rewards account holder can choose to add members to their family or corporate plan so earned points are pooled together. They may also choose which members are authorized to redeem points.

Yes, after two years of flight or Parcel Express inactivity High Flyer Rewards membership and points will expire. Members will be notified by email if their membership is nearing expiry.

Here are a few different ways to check your points balance:

  • Website: Once in your Flight Dashboard, click “Reports” in the top right-hand corner, and then select your rewards account. This only works on desktop computers.
  • App: Open the “Account” screen on the Harbour Air App, and select “High Flyer Rewards” from the menu.
  • Phone: Call our Customer Contact Centre at 1.800.665.0212.
  • Email: Connect with us at highflyerprogram@harbourair.com, or reservation@harbourair.com.
  • In-Person: Ask a Customer Service Agent at check-in.

Yes, members may use their points to book flights for other passengers. To make a booking using your points, please call our Reservations Centre at 1.800.665.0212.

High Flyer Rewards points must cover the cost of the full flight which includes GST, terminal fees and fuel surcharges. Since the number of points required for a reward flight varies depending on the route, tour, and fare, we ask that you connect with our Customer Contact Centre for a quote at reservation@harbourair.com, or 1.800.665.0212. If you do not have sufficient points to cover the full cost of the flight, you have the option of buying points at a rate of $3.00 = 1 point.

Points are accumulated on scheduled service flights, at a rate of 10% of the base fare for Value and Comfort fares and 12% of the base fare for Flex fares.

Travellers on our Light fare, scenic flights, package tours and 3rd party bookings do not earn rewards.

When checking in for your flight, please provide your full membership number to our Customer Service Agent, and advise that you would like to add your rewards account number to the booking. Alternatively, you may send your booking number and High Flyer Rewards account number by email to highflyerprogram@harbourair.com and we can credit your account accordingly.
